Chatstack software consists of two main components, the server software and the operator applications. The server software is installed in your server or hosting account and the operator applications are used by your team to chat with customers.

Operator Applications

The applications available for your team, both the Windows desktop app and web app are available to use for free. You can download the latest Chatstack Windows application at https://secure.stardevelop.com/downloads/download-latest.php.

To access the web application, you can simply access http://www.example.com/livehelp/admin/index.php from your own domain after you have installed the Chatstack server software. We recommend using a latest browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer 10 and above.
