Chatstack software consists of two main components, the server software and the operator applications. The server software is installed in your server or hosting account and the operator applications are used by your team to chat with customers.

Operator Applications

We have desktop apps available for Windows, Mac and Linux which are available for free and included with every Chatstack software license. In addition to these desktop apps, you can also access the Chatstack system using the web application.

To access the web application, you can simply access http://www.example.com/livehelp/admin/index.php from your own domain after you have installed the Chatstack server software. We recommend using a latest browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer 11 and above.
