Today we are excited to announce our Mac and Linux beta app program. This will allow you to try our new upcoming Chatstack Mac app that we have re-designed from the ground up. We are also introducing a new Chatstack Linux app for customers that have some of their team using Linux workstations.
Both beta programs are now accepting testers and all existing customers can apply to join the beta program.
We have improved and streamlined the user interface of the app without having lots of different windows opened. Overall it’s a less confusing interface and should improve how you provide awesome customer service to your customers.
Within the new Mac and Linux app you can access and search pre-typed responses immediately from the chats screen. This will allow you to focus on the chat without any distractions, providing a speedy response and improving your customer satisfaction.
Easily view a customers social profiles from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Foursquare and GitHub while chatting to potential customers and web site visitors. Additionally you can quickly view the chatting visitor’s browsing record with details such as their page history and referrer.
All existing customers can apply to the Mac or Linux beta program by completing the following form. After applying for the Mac or Linux beta program you will be contacted with further instructions. The Mac app supports Mac OS X Mountain Lion through to El Capitan. Initially for the Linux app we will be supporting Ubuntu Desktop and Fedora Workstation.
