Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\{Username}\Application Data\stardevelop.com\Live Help\Log\Error.txt

Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 10
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\stardevelop.com\Live Help\Log\Error.txt file

Where {Username} is your Windows account username.  The directory maybe hidden so you need to type the path in the Windows Explorer address bar at the top of the Windows Explorer window.

Also you may like to try repairing the .NET Framework within your PC as in some situations the framework can become corrupt and may not function as intended.
