The Joomla module will assist you in placing the Chatstack HTML code and button on your Joomla web site.  You still need to complete the Chatstack Server Software installation before you can install the Joomla module.  The Joomla module will place the Chatstack HTML code on your web pages so you do not need to edit your Joomla template files etc.

Instructions for the Joomla module installation is detailed below.

• Install Chatstack as per Documentation – Server Software Installation Instructions however you don’t need to insert the Chatstack HTML code.  The Joomla Module will do that for you.
• Login to the Joomla Administration (Requires Joomla 1.5.x or above)
• Browse to Extensions > Install / Uninstall
• Type the full path to the /livehelp/plugins/joomla/mod_livehelp directory within the “Install from Directory” option
• Install the Chatstack Module by pressing the Install button
• Enable the Chatstack Module within the Extensions > Module Manager > Site
• Customise the Chatstack Module Position / Order etc.
• Finished
